the hotel was in a great location 5 minutes walk from aegean sea. the stuff was brilliantly friendly and amiable, created a quiet atmosphere.

Stayed 2 nights. The owners of the hotel were really nice. Breakfast was included, simple but more than a normal person can eat.Very clean, fresh towels and linens everyday.Small and quiet hotel with parking. Hotel is located near Vai Palm Beach 20 min by car and about 1km away from center of Sitia, where there are lots of restaurants and tavern with good food and reasonable prices. I would most definitely return.

I was offered a room with great views onto a lovely garden with sea views. The bed was large, the bathroom was nice sized too. The location was STUNNING, close to the many restaurants and town centre and Petras Beach.

We greatly enjoyed this small hotel for its quiet atmosphere and extraordinarily friendly staff. the property was in a stunning location, a short walk to a very clean beach, the center, and Zorbas taverna in Sitia - delicious food. Everything was simply good.

i really had a lovely stay at this hotel it was relaxing and was quiet which is what i wanted. I went to visit friends who my daughter was staying with and this hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for me and made sure i was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to sitia crete, not only for location but service and friendliness and breakfast was perfect. I had a tv in my room with air conditioning and a sea view. Excellent. I would definitely come back.

This place was simply amazing and so delightful. the room had air conditioning which was a lifesaver. I lucked out with a room that had stunning views of the sea. the location was just perfect, like, right on the seafront. They had some awesome services available too. 🌊

I loved the location of this hotel it was perfect as I had the beach and sea directly opposite my room, I had a lovely balcony whereby I could stay and read with a drink or just relax. I also had on hand a family mamber who is a taxidriver, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely people who ran the hotel, it was also quiet with no noise to disturb me,the shops and sitia town was within walking distance and car hire was easy should you require it to go out and about, the breakfast was very good and the owners was very friendly too and clean..

Liked the area. Bay, town. Joseph the manager/owner was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Did get a big bowl of fruit and a a carafe of Raki.

It was on the beach, but had to cross busy road directly outside. Noisy. Room facilities was very poor. It was self catering but didnt have any equipment to cook. Joseph did willing supply the things we needed.

This place offers a nice and basic experience with excellent views of a beautiful garden and the sea, featuring outstandingly clean rooms equipped with a kettle and a chair.

See view, very beautiful location, good for kitesurfing right opposite the hotel. The hosts were very attentive.

The room I stayed in had a balcony with breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea. It was simply stunning! As a guest with disabilities, it was a joy to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning.

While the room was equipped with a refrigerator, I personally didn't find it very useful. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might find it handy for keeping their drinks and snacks cool.
